3.4 Word prediction
Here you can change the way beKEY's word prediction works.
Selection of word proposals,
Sorting of word proposals, Add Space after word,
remove Space before end of sentence, capitalize first word of sentence
3.4.1 Selection of word proposals
Here you select how beKEY selects which words will be suggested to you.
intelligent - Words will be choosen according to our own specific algorithm. In most cases this is the best setting,
and usually you should never change it.
most used - Words will be selected according to how often they were used in the past.
last used - Words will be selected according to when they were last used.
alphabetical - Words will be selected according to their alphabetical order.
3.4.2 Sorting of word proposals
While the setting Selection of word proposals determines which words are put into the word prediction
keys, this setting determines, in which order they will be presented to you.
by probability - Words will be sorted by probablity which is calculated by our own specific algorithm, the most probable
will come first.
alphabetical - Words will be sorted alphabetically.
3.4.3 Add Space after word
If this option is checked, a space character will be appended to each word you select from the word prediction.
3.4.4 Remove Space before punctuations
This options is closely related to the previous one, Add Space after word.
Usually it makes sense to have a space automatically added after each word. However, a space is unwanted between the end of a word
and a punctiation.
If this option is switched on, spaces that have been automatically added after a word, will be removed again, if you type a punctiation
immediately afterwards.
Punctuations in this case are: , (comma), . (period), ! (exclamation mark), ? (question mark), : (colon)
and ; (semicolon)
3.4.5 Capitalize first word of sentence
If this option is checked, the first letter of the first word of a new sentence will be automatically capitalized.
The following characters determine the end of a sentence (and therefore the beginning of a new sentence):
. (period), ! (exclamation mark), ? (question mark) und : (colon)
